IDL Lab 박사과정생 김은영 학생이 글로벌 화학 기업 Syensqo(구 솔베이)에서 운영하는 Ewha-Syenseqo 장학금에 최종 선정되었습니다. 본 장학금은 이화여자대학교와의 산학협력을 기반으로, 우수한 여성 과학자를 대상으로 STEM 분야 연구를 지원하는 프로그램입니다.
김은영 학생은 2026년부터 2027년까지 2년간 장학 지원을 받으며, AI 기반 학습 환경 설계 및 멀티에이전트 시스템을 활용한 학습 지원 연구를 수행할 예정입니다. 특히, 본 연구는 학습자의 인지·정서 상태를 반영한 적응형 학습 지원 메커니즘을 설계하고, 실제 교육 환경에서의 적용 가능성을 검증하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이번 연구는 학습자의 상태를 고려한 개입 설계의 중요성을 제시하며, 개인화된 학습 경험을 지원하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대됩니다.
Eunyoung Kim, a Ph.D. student at IDL Lab, has been selected for the Ewha-Syenseqo Scholarship funded by Syensqo (formerly Solvay). This scholarship supports outstanding women researchers in STEM fields through industry–academic collaboration with Ewha Womans University.
Kim will receive funding for two years from 2026 to 2027 and will conduct research on AI-driven learning environment design and multi-agent-based learning support systems. Her research aims to design adaptive learning support mechanisms that account for learners’ cognitive and affective states and to validate their effectiveness in authentic educational settings. This work highlights the importance of state-aware intervention design in AI-based learning environments and is expected to contribute to advancing personalized learning experiences.
